PRINCIPLE TERMS

If you use this site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. PHYSICAL HEALTH OF MEMBER
In accepting these Terms & Conditions, the member approves that he/she is in acceptable condition of wellbeing and isn’t intentionally unequipped for participating in either active or passive exercises. The member further warrants that such exercises would not be injurious to their health, safety, comfort, well-being or physical condition.
The member shall not use any Infiniti Fitness facilities while suffering from any infections or contagious illness, diseases or other conditions such as open cuts, open sores or minor infections, where using any facility in such a case will have the risk which may cause harm to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of other members.
Prior to utilizing any Infiniti Fitness facility, the member or guest must read and affirm agreement of our Member Health Declaration Form.
Doctor’s letter would be required if a member is on medication and he/she is aware that taking part in gym activities can affect them.
FEES AND CHARGES
All published membership packages or other fee structures/charges are inclusive of taxes and this applies to all charges from Infiniti Fitness applied under these Terms and Conditions. Your invoice for any membership package or other fees/charges can be collected from the gym reception.
The Daily, Weekly and Monthly membership packages fee is due each month in advance and with the exception of cancellations. No partial or full refund of the membership packages fee will be made. Only transfer can be done with nominal fee.
However, for Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly membership packages payment should be done within the time period of one week with minimal payment at the time of joining.
A “Registration Fee” will be charged upon becoming a member. The Registration Fee is a one time payment at the time of becoming a member and is applied to cover the initial administration costs associated with setting up a new membership.
During special offer periods (e.g. pre-opening, new year) the Infinti Fitness management may in its sole discretion choose to remove or reduce the Joining Fee.
The Joining Fee and Daily, Weekly and Monthly Payments are collected from you by us either by Debit/Credit card, UPI , Net Banking or Cash at time of purchase at the same time as you become a member.
After we notify you about a missed payment or if you have crossed the due date of payment, you shall pay us on demand a penalty fee of Rs 500 . If further payments are missed, we reserve the right to, either suspend or terminate your membership.
Once you have signed up for any membership packages, the amount is non refundable regardless of non-attendance.
The date of your membership payment will be the same date on which you’ve joined.
You won’t be able to amend the payment date.
