Calorie counted meals which include grilled chicken, brown rice, salads for lunch and dinner are available.

Our vegetable salads consists of different varieties of english vegetables such as broccoli, bell-peppers, lettuce, etc. In fruit salads, our fruit-oatmeal is the all time best seller.
Beverages
Healthy fruit and vegetable juices are available at all times. We also have coffee which can be taken as pre-workout and tea as a refreshment.
We also provide a standard weekly & monthly healthy diet packages apart from daily single meals:
- Weekly package consists of 6 breakfasts, 6 lunches and 6 dinners apart from 6 fresh juices and 6 fruit-oatmeals.
- Monthly package consists of 26 fresh juices, 26 fruit-oatmeals, 26 breakfasts, 26 lunches and 26 dinners.
- Pricing will be finalized after your nutritionist has designed your meal plan according to your body needs and preferences (veg/non-veg).
- 6 Basic options are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner but menu will be changing daily.
- Inaugral offer as of now on monthly package is 14,500/- and weekly package is 4,500/-
- You can pick up all your daily meals at the studio from 8am onwards.
- The disposables in which the food is packed is microwave friendly.
- If in case you need to change your meal preference, you need to inform the concerned person 1 day in advance before 8pm.
